There is a place I know
Where only love abides
A place of purest peace
I know where it resides
And I can go there anytime
In the blinking of an eye
It’s closer than a breath of air
Yet further than the sky
There is a place I know
Where joy is overflowing
Serenity enfolds me
And I find my deepest knowing
Stress and worries disappear
As I am in the flow
Amidst the calmest waters
Where there’s no high or low
There is a place I know
I get there through my heart
A little doorway opens up
And there my journey starts
A journey not of time and space
Not outer but internal
In pure and simple beingness
I find the self eternal
There is a place I know
And you can come there too
The little doorway in your heart
Will open up for you
And you will find the same place
Where nothing’s ended or begun
And it is you, and it is me
For there is only one
